From that, our app estimates the noise you will be exposed to at work. Please take your time to carefully read the questions before you answer them.

It is important to note that your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and at any time you can choose to exit this questionnaire. No data that identifies you as an individual are being collected.

The answers you provide are completely confidential and anonymous. Your personal noise result will be reported back to you. We will also provide you with a comparison with similar workers so you can see how the noise level at your work compares with other similar workers.
